After Hurricane Irma clamoured Florida in September millions were left without power and many without homes.

At this point, power as been restored in America’s third largest state yet home

More than just single and multifamily homes were destroyed, of course. There are even hospitals, community centers and orphanages which were damaged until nearly nothing was left.

Children’s facility,  Coconut Creek was damaged so badly by Hurricane Irma that 70 children were left stranded.

SOS Children’s Villages is a foster care neighborhood in Coconut Creek in South Florida, which houses orphans, abandoned children, and those young people who are the victims of abuse and/or neglect.

To all my friends instead of buying that purse, pair of shoes or popping a bottle. Please think about donating to SOS…
