What happens after we die? It’s a question that has concerned both the faithful and the faithless for eons. If there is an afterlife, is it like the one described in the Bible? If not, is it more like reincarnation or predetermination? Maybe there’s nothing, which means we better make our time on Earth last. As a matter of fact, it seems like, as technology has moved forward, finding more and more miniscule and microscopic aspects to our existence while reaching out ever further into the cosmos, we would have some sort of insight. No, not a report from a surgery survivor who “saw Heaven” for a few seconds while on life support. What we want is proof – something we can see, and feel.
In the last few months, social media has been in a tizzy over so called photos and videos of the human “soul” leaving the body upon death. One clip saw the “spirit” of a motorcyclist leave the scene of a deadly crash. Another has people witnessing a “ghostly shape” drifting away from a passing relative. In the most recent, which looks like the set-up for a scary movie, a body is located in a Chinese (or Russian, take your pick) hospital, and as it is lying there, the surveillance camera picks up something unusual. It’s one of those “you have to see it to believe it” moments caught on film. You can check it out over on the next page.
